Please inquire. * WHITE KSHAM TANTRIC HATHA YOGA JOURNEY This intensive practice and workshop provides a luscious journey into white tantra (solitary practice). Ksham Tantra yoga was developed by Bast and is a distillation of a multi-tradition yogic and spiritual heritage. Body-mind-spirit are nourished as students of all levels are guided through languid, gentle yin yoga as well as invigorating yang hatha vinyasa yoga and the practices of white tantra yoga: meditation, pranayam (breathwork), subtle-body (internal) yoga, mantra, mudra, and diety yoga. Kundalini, or creative-passionate energy, is activated and given direction through this yoga. Tantric philosophy is addressed for life both on and off the mat. This teaching is completely non-explicit. The work is very individual and self-contained and is meant to nourish one's solitary practice. If you do have the desire to practice tantra yoga with a lover or partner (red tantra), it is recommended that you develop your white tantra practice first or at least simultaneously. Though we advise that this event not be your very first yoga experience, ALL levels of yoga practitioners are welcome and can benefit, from the beginner to the advanced. The teaching style is compassionate and detailed. Individual physical limits are respected and accommodated. The class size is limited to ONLY 8 - 10 PEOPLE so that we can give special attention to each participant. Yoga props and under-mats are provided, but please bring your personal yoga mat. Fine tea and delicious organic refreshments will be served. * TASTE OF RED TANTRA FOR TWO This transporting workshop introduces the practices of red tantra yoga, which artfully and consciously engages the senses and the intimate presence of another. Participants are guided through luscious, gentle partner yoga, principles of touch, energy work, ritual, and tantra yoga practice: meditation, pranayam (breathwork), subtle-body (internal) yoga, mantra, mudra, and diety yoga. In classical red tantra, a deeply compassionate, sensitive, and intuitive sensual connection is cultivated for the purposes of healing and generating energy. Kundalini, or creative-passionate energy, is activated and given direction through this yoga. The workshop itself is completely non-explicit, though all that is learned here can certainly enhance all intimate connection. There will be educational discussion of topics such as tantric bodywork and sexual yoga. Participation in all practices is completely optional. PLEASE HAVE A CHOSEN PARTNER. This event is suitable for friends or lovers. Same-sex couples are welcome. Fine tea and delicious gourmet organic refreshments will be served. * MIDNIGHT MEDITATION Tantric culture for the night-world... This is a high-vibration gathering, celebration, and feast. Guests are guided through white tantric pranayam and meditation, following featured artists: poets, musicians, multi-media art, and performancers. DOORS OPEN AT 10:30 PM * TANTRIC TEA PARTY FOR THE PRIESTESSES This evening is a special workshop, satsang, ritual, and nurturing celebration JUST FOR WOMEN. We begin with elements of white tantra yoga: meditation, gentle yoga asana, pranayam, subtle-body (internal) yoga, mantra, mudra, and diety yoga. Following is the talking circle, and red puja (interactive meditation involving light double-yoga practices). This event is completely non-explicit. Bring your girlfriends or come solo. Fine tea and delicious gourmet organic delights will be served. * SECRETS OF AMRITA: The Sacred Art of Female Ejaculation Learn about the infinite potential of your sexual lotus... Female ejaculation as a tantric shamanic practice is a deep, rejuvenating, emotionally balancing, and healthy sensual and spiritual release, which can be encouraged by skilled G-spot stimulation, orgasm, elements of tantric yoga, subtle and ecstatic internal yogic technologies, and emotional heart opening. This explicit and experiential workshop will teach you how to have deeper orgasms, and how to tap into the delicious surrender inherent in the release of amrita, your sacred feminine waters. You will be amazed with what you can uncover after you have learned the ancient secrets of your femininity. Set in an open, loving, and safe environment, you will be guided on a luscious journey with yourself where you will learn to feel more at home and comfortable with your sexuality, and therefore more open to experiencing deeper and wilder pleasure. Fine tea and delicious gourmet organic refreshments will be served. * PRIVATE TANTRA YOGA FOR INDIVIDUALS, COUPLES, GROUPS First time introductory offer - The facilitators of Temple provide private and very personalized guidance in elements of non-explicit traditional tantra yoga and meditation practices for the modern human: pranayam (breath work), subtle-body (internal) yoga, meditation, yoga asana (postures), deity yoga, bhakti yoga (devotion, art), kriyas (cleansing), mantra (sound and chanting), mudra, yantra meditation (sacred geometry), yoga nidra, and red tantra (tantric yoga with a partner). The physical practices can be as gentle or as vigorous as you like, perfectly adapted to your unique physical needs. * PRIVATE RED TANTRA FOR LOVERS Private instruction is available for couples and small groups in the more explicit and sensual practices of red tantra. For a synopsis of red tantra, please refer to 'Taste of Red Tantra' above. These few hours will be an exotic retreat that will continue to enrich relationships for a lifetime. We begin with preparatory tantra yoga practice: meditation, pranayam, subtle-body (internal) yoga, sensual and gentle double-yoga asana, mantra, mudra, and diety yoga. Tantric philosophy and yogic principles are expressed through the body. Detailed VERBAL GUIDANCE AND EDUCATION can be provided by the teacher on such vital topics as tantric bodywork and energy work, the multi-orgasmic state, 'sacred spot' massage for both women (g-spot) and men (prostate), secrets of amrita, and the practice of karmamudra, otherwise known as the yoga of sexual union. Please note - There are many common misconceptions of the word 'tantra...' For our teachers, this is a 'hands-off' teaching. Partners are welcomed to simply listen and/ or practice and explore with each other during the instruction. You can attend to each other's whole being in this nourishing, truly holistic, erotic experience. Students must be motivated by personal growth, expansion, compassion, and loving service. Through specific yogic techniques of touch, energywork, and guided breathwork, the kundalini energy, or creative-passionate energy, is activated and circulated for healing, nourishment, emotional release, and energy. This is a very personalized experience and your personal needs and boundaries are respected completely. You are welcome to simply receive... OR gentle guidance through inner yogas and breathwork can be integrated into the massage portion for a powerful practice opportunity. For this can be as much of a learning and coaching experience as much as it is a nurturing, healing massage. Please note - Ksham bodywork is yogic modality for healing and well-being as well as a spiritual practice. Guests must have the motivation for personal healing, growth, authentic connection, and compassion for self and all. There are many misconceptions around the word 'tantra...' Though kundalini energy can be integrated into some practices, Ksham bodywork is not sexual bodywork in this context.
